A ~16,000-word McCombs independent study on why enterprise AI stalls after the pilot. Based on VP and C-level interviews across Fortune 500 retail, big tech, digital health, private capital, and battery storage, it produced a framework of stage-specific interventions for scaling AI past the pilot.

A human-in-the-loop AI staffing workflow built on Palantir Foundry and AIP. It turned 13,393 passenger-throughput readings and 2,444 officer shifts into explainable checkpoint recommendations, with guardrails, approval steps, and an audit trail. It passed 48 of 48 validation checks.

An AI research tool that turns City of Austin purchasing data into ranked business opportunities: supplier niches worth entering or businesses worth acquiring. It cleans and classifies contract and purchase-order lines, scores each category on spend, vendor concentration, recurrence, and price trends, then writes an AI dossier for the top opportunities. Every claim cites the underlying records, and dossiers are labeled as hypotheses, not conclusions.

• Built an AI trend analysis framework for merchandising that used social listening to surface emerging brand opportunities, and worked with private brands to turn them into private-label growth opportunities.
• Built a product segmentation tool in Vertex AI to help the Assortment Analytics team rethink product groupings in stores and online.
• Led and co-facilitated design thinking and AI enablement workshops with Walmart's Catalyst AI team, demoing my own builds to show other teams how to build with AI.
